One of my favorite folk dances I learned in SiliconAndhra,the “Lamabadi dance” Choreographed by Peddula Narasingh rao Garu & Peddula Sreenu Garu from the Nriyanjali Academy. Thanks to their wonderful teaching that I could teach this wonderful dance to several women & girls in the last 16 years.The colorful, vibrant, rustic & very elegant Lambadi dance. This is the only dance which every SiliconAndhra Aadapaduchu must have done at some point and most of the girls would have done it. But I have the privilege of being the first batch of lambadi of 2002 along with Madhavi Pokkuluri & Anusha Kuchibhotla I dedicate my midnight gig to the beautiful women & girls from SiliconAndhra who have done the Lambadi in their lifetime.
